Everyday for a month the artist sculpted a bust of himself. His hope was to capture in clay the slight differences resulting from variations in his physical appearance and daily moods. During exhibitions the heads are displayed in a long row next to each other, standing at the artist's height and shoulder width apart. The subtlety of each expression becomes more apparent by comparisons to the other busts, while at the same time uniting them in a group context.
